I saw a similar card on Digi-re-doo-dah, and thought it was lovely, I just had to have a go at making one. I love how it folds flat for posting. I know it is a bit early for Christmas but I really liked this winter scene, I have had it since last year. I have used a Teddy Bea digital image, the background is from Kanban. I have used a Go Kreate die to shape the back to make it a bit more interesting.

I have used another of LOTV new bear stamps, coloured with copics and I added faux stitching the around outside. The papers I used are from Nitwits which I have printed onto cream card and sanded around the edges. I finished off with swirls from a Marianne die, ribbon, pearls and gems and of course some sunflowers.  I am really not a yellow/orange person or sunflower person come to that, but who could resist this cute little bear.

This is one of LOTV new bear stamps. I adore teddies so was a must have, just don't tell anyone lol.

I was inspired by Fleur , one of the DT for LOTV, she is so clever.

What a lovely day it turned out to be today, I did think we were in for a storm this morning, I have needed the fan on all day. It was so nice, I went with my daughter out to eat and on to feed the ducks - you are never too old.

Hi, another card I have made for the Copic Marker Europe Challenge. This image was supplied by Wee Stamps for the 1st birthday challenge, isn't she lovely.

I coloured in images and cut out with a grand nestie, cutting some coordinating bazille card with the next size die, I mounted picture onto this. The papers I have used, again are from Nitwits. I made the corner using a scalloped and a square punch. The butterfly is a spellbinder die and leaves are Marianne. I distressed using a Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Broken China. I stamped a LOTV sentiment onto a spellbinder die and threaded ribbon through. I finished off with flowers and pearls.

I love My Copics

This is the first card I am entering for The Copic Marker Europe Challenge. It is their first birthday - Happy Birthday!!!

This image has been donated by Saturated Canary for the birthday competition. The papers I have used are from Nitwits and the dies are from Marianne (which I distressed lightly with spun sugar distress ink.

I added ribbon, some faux stitching and some flowers from my stash.

I have a few more copics on my birthday list, you can never have too many!!!

Wild Meadow

Hi everyone, hasn't it been hot today, if you are in Uk that is. Been a long day and a not so good one at that, so decided I needed an early birthday pressie lol. I persuaded my other half that I really needed some Indigo Blu stamps. This is the first card I have made with one set. I used distress inks to make the background, spritzing with water to make a mottled effect. I then stamped the grasses at bottom , overlaying the dandelion flowers, stamped the corner. On a seperate piece I again distressed and spritzed and stamped sentiment. Mounted both pieces on black card , then onto the white main card. I added glitter and a few gems lastly.

Tealight Candle Box

This is a gift for my daughter, who absolutely loves candles. I found the tutorial here. It is a very easy project. I used digi images from Cuddly Buddly, colouring them with copics. I finished off with pearls and flowers.

Another man's card, don't know what is wrong with me. It is these lovely Teddy Bo images, they are cute but suitable for a male which is great. I coloured him with copics. I have distressed some brown card with white paint and distressed some Nitwits papers with a distressing tool. I finished off with a metal charm of a watering can, some cork tiles, string and some card candy, oh and a swirl die from Marianne.

I hope the weather isn't too bad where you are, it cannot make it's mind up here.

Hi everyone, I hope you have all had a lovely day.

I have to apologise for the bad light with my photos, I am hoping my lighting tent will be here tomorrow.

My friends had made a couple of cards in this style at my class today and I thought they looked really pretty so I decided to make one. I made this card for my auntie's birthday, using a Nitwit kit and the Bookatrix.

Word On Wednesday

I can't believe it, we have a bit of sunshine today, lovely after all that rain and miserable weather.

I have used the digital stamp Hoping again, she is one of my favourite Wee stamps. I coloured her in with copics and cut her out, rounding off the top corners with a punch. I cut main card, rounding off the top right edge. The papers I used were again from A HOTP pad I have had a long time, it is hard to cut up lovely papers isn't it, I will probably need therapy lol. I finished off with flowers and card candy and a nice sentiment.

Sweet Girl

Hi again, I have been busy with cards today !!!

This again is a lovely image drawn by my friend Debbie Astle. I have coloured her with copics, cut her out with a spellbinders die and a larger shape in brown. I mounted a piece of backing paper from HOTP, mounted on brown card and added a piece of cream lace around border. I mounted image onto card and added some yellow and cream flowers. I finished off with some pearls.

Girls Rock

Hi, this is card that I have made with another of my good friend Debbie Astle's images. Again she is allowing me to offer this image as a freebie.

I coloured the image with copics, I added some paper from paper Pizzaz,I have no idea how long I have had these papers. Another thing I have never used before (I picked it up by mistake), was the skull embossing folder. Don't ask why I put on wings because I haven't a clue, except I came across them when looking for something else and thought it would be a bit different. I cut out image with a Go Kreate die and the borders are from Spellbinders. I ahve added a few gems to finish off.

Pink And Lilac

This card I wanted to be very girly with pinks and lilacs and lots of flowers and bling, what more would a little girl want. i have used a digi stamp from Digi Stamp Boutique, coloured with copics and cut out with Spellbinder dies.

I coloured using copics, I used papers from Paper Pizzaz, I distressed them a little bit and tore the blue one, something I don't do often, I like neat and tidy. I finished off with a music charm and some letter tiles.

So much bling with gems and glitter, love it, it is so girly. I coloured the Teddy Bea image, these come in seperate parts so you can design your own window scene, I put them together in Photoshop. I distressed some Bazille card and backing paper. Added a sentiment, a sparkly flower and lots of blingy gems and a touch of glitter. Hope you all like it.

This card is just down my street, lots of pretty colours and glitter. I have coloured in the image and cut out with a Go Kreate die. The papers, hearts and words are from Nitwits. I distressed some of the papers with Worn Lipstick distress ink and sanded the edges of the others. I added ribbon, glitter and gems to finish off.

I can see such pretty rainbows from the window whilst crafting, how lovely.

I coloured Teddy Bo and Elephant in with Copics and cut them out with a Go Kreate die. I mounted on blue card which I distressed a little bit. I added some backing paper , I am not sure when I bought this but a long time ago, onto the same blue card after adding the tartan ribbon and again distressed. I added to a 8 x 8 card. I found an old Sizzix star embossing die that I have had for years and cut the two stars out and distressed. Added 2 tags , stamps I got from LOTV. Finished off with some card candy.

Wee Stamp - Hopeful - Mojo Monday Challenge

Mojo Monday

This is an A4 card, it didn't begin out as one, just sort of developed into one. I made this for a card challege, Mojo Monday. I hope you like it.

I started with my A4 card, added a piece of green polka dot card which I distressed with walnut stain. i joined two pieces of patterned paper and adhered to brown card, cut leaving a small border. I cut a scalloped edge with a fiskars punch and added to bottom. I attached a ribbon and flower across the top and added a button. I then cut my coloured picture into a circle distressed with the same ink and added to center of marianne die. I cut a square piece of white card and again distressed with walnut stain, attached to brown card , leaving a small border again and added another piece of the scalloped card to bottom. stuck them all to main card, added a sentiment, a butterfly, a bird and some pearls to finish.

I thought I would try colouring in with Tim Holtz Distress Pens this time, I do quite like them, a change from alcohol pens, just need to get used to them. I wish Magnolia children had mouths, they would look much friendlier lol.
